Cal State Los Angeles Student Leader Joel Francis 1, Dirty Energy Billionaire Charles Koch 0

Last week, Cal State Los Angeles student leader and Marine Corps veteran Joel Francis issued a challenge to Kansas oil magnate Charles Koch, a primary funder of the Dirty Energy Initiative - Proposition 23.  Joel challenged Koch to a public debate of the Kansas billionaire CEO's support of the the Dirty Energy Initiative in California and of California's economic future.

Koch hasn't responded. Today, Joel flew to Wichita to the Koch Industries headquarters to issue his challenge in person. Watch the video here, and vote NO on Prop 23.
